I feel your pain. as hard as I try to make somthing big it starts to kicks in, not stoping me in my tracks but significantly slowing me down.
Yeah, if you would've asked me a couple weeks ago, I wouldve released like 1.5 games this year.
Laziness is a demon. In the middle of a new project it lurks around the corner and keeps you away from working. The only way to destroy it is by devoloping a certain routine. At least that´s my experience.
I agree on developing a routine. I just wish I would still have the routine of, say, 1-2 years ago.
Part wasn't bad. And laziness is just an excuse.

I am no better myself. At the beginning of 08 I had great plans of finishing and submitting no less than 10 animations this year, but so far I've only managed to finish one movie, and make 30 seconds of animation for a collab. Hopefully I'll be able to get my new project done before the end of the year...
